Global Dreamzzz ("we", "us") runs globaldreamzzz.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Email updates. If you sign up for launch news, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name.
- Payments. Memberships and gifts are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details on its own secure checkout page. We receive your name, email, billing country and the status of your payment. We never see or store your full card number.
- Dream Maker inquiries. If your company asks about becoming a Dream Maker, we collect the company name, contact name, email, phone, website, logo and the details you choose to share, so our team can follow up.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To send the updates you asked for, such as channel launches and new podcast episodes.
- To manage your membership, send receipts, Founding Member benefits and Quarterly Impact Reports.
- To answer your questions and keep the site secure.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Services we use
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from cdnjs (Cloudflare). Payments are handled by Stripe. Videos open on Vimeo. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. The site does not use advertising trackers.
Young people in our stories
Our stories are produced with the consent of the people in them, and participants can withdraw that consent at any time. We do not share or sell personal information about minors. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Dream Drops
Dream Drops are filmed only with consent arranged through the young person's partner organization, and for anyone under 18, with guardian or agency sign-off. A Dream Drop is published only after the young person has approved the final film. We show first names only and never show last names, addresses, schools, case details or exact locations. Any Dream Drop can be taken down at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe. Payment records are kept as long as needed for your membership and for tax and accounting requirements.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from updates at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email or by writing to us.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Founding Lifetime Memberships are a one-time payment with no renewals. Annual members can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
